    Resolution: Done

Completed support for filtered aggregates and SQL 2003 window functions with analytical functions row_number, rank, and dense_rank.

Push down is allowed and can target SQL Server (with the additional consideration that windowed ordering is not allowed for windowed aggregates), postgresql, oracle, and db2.

Additional sql features such as the framing clause, the windowing clause, or additional analytical functions, will come later.
