Steven Hawkins resolved TEIID-1513.
-----------------------------------

    Resolution: Done

we were already not consistent with MC by expecting the first char of a property name to be in uppercase, so it seems fine to just go ahead and be case-insensitive. also added a warning if there are properties that are not used.

> Setting translator properties values is currently case sensitive. It is also does not warn or give an indication if a user supplied property is not a valid translator property.
> We should double check what the standard MC behavior is in this regard.
