RH Bugzilla Integration commented on TEIID-2108:
------------------------------------------------

Steven Hawkins <shawkins at redhat.com> made a comment on [bug 842340|https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=842340]

It's easy to workaround (either by removing the mode setting or changing it to logIn), and of course is irrelevant to full ssl mode. But it is against the documentation and thus does default us into not encrypting the login traffic.

Just out of the curiosity why was the community issue reopened without any indication of intent?

> The default configuration for the server should encrypt client login traffic. However the SSLConfiguration class is checking for a value of logIn, not login as specified in the 8.x and 7.x configs.
