replaced the mergeVDB functionality with the concept of an imported vdb.  The vdb.xml can now specify a set of vdbs to be imported for reuse within the current vdb.  See the reference guide VDB section https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/TEIID/VDBs for more information.

It is possible that we could reuse materialized views from imported vdbs, but that was not yet implemented.

Teiid Designer had TEIIDDES-1403 logged to cover adding a reuse feature and at a minimum they'll need to replace their usage of mergeVDB with vdb imports.
