    Resolution: Done

Added a custom token manager so that we can get previous tokens.  made the handling of token errors consistent.  Made ParseExceptions thrown by teiid logic assume that the error is on the current token for a better error message.  Also added a missing validation to FunctionTree when the class/method are null.
