Based on http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-44986 document, the SAP net weaver gateway's metadata is enhanced by SAP, that does not behave as expected by the complete OData spec.

Teiid needs to introduce a new translator called "sap-nw" based on OData that take these SAP specific metadata into account
