1) Changed the name of the translator to be "sap-nw-gateway" to be specific. 
2) Added separate metadata extension mechanism to understand the SAP specific metadata extensions from http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-44986
3) Provided capabilities to explicitly control the features using the "Execution Properties" aka, Translator Overrides
4) Added documentation for translator at https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/TEIID/SAP+Netweaver+Gateway+Translator
