It seems like the AuthenticationHandler is intimately tied to the SecurityHelper.  For example if we remove JBossSessionService extending SessionServiceImpl, then except for the getBaseUsername call we are effectively just making calls to the SecurityHelper.  Should AuthenticationHandler/SecurityHelper be simplified?  For example createSecurityContext is only called by the AuthenticationHelper methods and getSecurityDomain is unused.
