Changed the return to boolean. 

Was looking at reversing the expected argument positions to match odata (some odata2 logic already assumed this, some odata4 was accounting for reversing) rather than following the locate function.  However due to the breaking nature of that change (it's a publicly documented function) I updated the odata logic instead.
