Teiid WS translator support invoke WSDL based procedure via WSDLMetadatProcessor and WSWSDLProcedureExecution; TEIID-3520 will add similar function for rest webservice. This issue will update webservice example to show: 
* how to invoke wsdl base procedures 
* how to invoke swagger json based procedures
