Setting the following requirements:

-  the primary key field is required to be defined in the cacheTypeMap property on the resource adapter for either of the following:
a)  perform updates
b)  support object relationships (1-to-1 or 1-to-many) 

-  the primary key is not required when both of the following exist:
a)  only doing reads
b)  there are no relationships
