Steven Hawkins commented on TEIID-4205:
---------------------------------------
> Is there a reason why there is transaction wrapping?
pg requires the use of a transaction (begin ... end) to use a cursor. We are simply honoring that as any other local transaction boundary.
> send results proactively under a cursor as it looks like the ODBC client requires a transaction.
