Looking at the doc's of Programmatic Control [1] and the org.teiid.events.EventDistributor interface, would call the following method to perform the insert/update/delete:

	@Replicated(remoteOnly=true)
	void updateMatViewRow(String vdbName, int vdbVersion, String schema, String viewName, List<?> tuple, boolean delete);
{code}

The order of the tuple is loaded should be driven by reading the table metadata.
