We need to make more pervasive changes.  The other supporting logic for materialization, mainly the system procedures, basically assumes "NONE" when interacting with the status table.  We'll probably need to put the originating VDB name/version as extension properties on the mat view and look those up in sharing scenarios, rather than using the current VDB.
