Added basic auth support.  Kerberos delegation seems to be supported as well, but I didn't fully investigate.

It looks like SolrCloud connectivity will require a slightly different set of config properties / SolrConnectionImpl code - but there is also a JDBC Connection that is implemented by SolrCloud which could probably be used instead.
