The rebased changes for Teiid are at https://github.com/shawkins/teiid/commit/72bfab05f56ec2b37cb861fda573c22e2a85bb06 - seems to work for all of the simple aggregation, grouping, and filtering scenarios.  Need to add cross join tests as well.
