This is mostly to proactively have a solution in place as this recently came up in a customer ticket.

org.teiid.rest.versionDelim was added as a system property to control the generated context name.  It will still default to _, but can be changed to '.'

To fully match all of the version semantics of odata would require some kind of higher level controller that could redirect requests /vdb to /vdb.1.0.0 etc.  So that won't be done here.
