This entails:

- creating a .mustashe resource to provide a code template for code-gen.  It should work by convention to just be named cassandra.mustashe
- do an operator build that picks up the new cassandra connection factory
- creating a working example crd in https://github.com/teiid/teiid-operator/tree/master/deploy/crs
