[teiid-users] [teiid-dev] What should we call this artifact?

Based on the majority we are going to call this VDB as "Dynamic VDB".
Thanks for all who has participated. 

Please note there will not be any change in the dot extension of the
artifact, that will be still ".def" and ".vdb" are before.

Please checkout the following document pages for "Dynamic VDB" and try
to build a VDB example and let us know if the instructions are
incomplete or confusing.
