[teiid-users] Teiid 10.3.1 Released

Hello all,

Please see the release announcement for Teiid 10.3.1:

There were 48 total issues addressed, 7 of which are highlighted as
important features.

We skipped directly to 10.3.1 as the 10.3.0 build had a regression that
needed immediate attention.

Note that there is a new download page [1]. That is part of an overhaul of
the old community sites [2]. Please give us feedback - which can be in the
form of a pull request if you are comfortable with markdown :)
