[undertow-dev] HTTP 2 and TLS

Ah I managed to miss the Http2ClearClientProvider the first time round.

We support plaintext as well (via PRI or HTTP Upgrade), and have no intention of ever dropping that. I tested with an IE snapshot awhile back (the only browser that existed which supports it), and it worked as expected.
