Yeah!

The problem was that Pax CDI cannot be currently built against Weld 2.1 
Once built against (the default) Weld 1.2 it then runs fine with Weld 
2.1. This will be fixed once 
https://github.com/ops4j/org.ops4j.pax.cdi/pull/7 is merged.
