  Adds vscode to gitignore (#1843)

Adds .vscode/ to the list of ignored files/directories

This directory contains settings related to the Visual Studio Code IDE.  Under the covers, VS Code
uses Eclipse running in headless mode but the .vscode/ settings are related to the editors, etc.
