The JSR-299 page does not set a concrete license for the RI or the TCK. In section 2.16 and 2.18 it states that both the RI and TCK will be licensed to be compatible with Java EE licensing. Since RI is using ASL2 so will the TCK. Objections/Thoughts? -Jay
