[webbeans-dev] jboss-test-harness repository switch

The nightly job for the TCK is now fixed and deploying snapshots, so  
you shouldn't need this anymore.

We're still looking for a maintainer for the jboss-test-harness  
project - not a huge job, but it could do with some love :-_ Contact  
me if you are interested.
