Ok, the restructure is complete. Please feel free to commit :-)

I also took the opportunity to ensure that all projects build from a  
fresh checkout, with a clean maven cache (~/.m2/repository) - I still  
need to check examples and extensions. I will do this tomorrow.

PS Tomorrow I will be freezing the APIs for the CR1 release, as well  
as performing a TCK milestone release. This will involve freezing  
these projects. Please keep your eye on the dev list for updates.
