[weld-dev] Lack of org.jboss.weld.weld-core-test dependencies in Maven Central Repository

Due to problems getting dependencies (the below graph is a very small subset of all deps we need) into central, we've abandoned this for now, and will just be using the JBoss repository.

I understand the frustration this causes, and am still working on how we get more sync'd!
