[weld-dev] clean up unused conversations

In OpenWebBeans, there is a configuration 
org.apache.webbeans.conversation.Conversation.periodicDelay
Specifies a delay in milliseconds. Use the conversation periodic delay 
custom property to search for and delete unused conversations.

Is there such configuration in Weld?
