Even if they are not passivation capable dependency, it is ok becuase "UnderWaterCity" class in all of the above tests has not passivated scope.<br><br>In other words, even if UnderWaterCity class implements SErializable, it does not define passivated scope therefore it is not necessary to check its interceotırs or decorators<br><br>Is this a
