Some are versioned 1.0 and some 1.0.0 Maven seems to be fine with it, but Ivy (and things based on it) cannot find the correct versions.  Example: I depend on weld-core 1.0.0 which has dependencies on weld-api 1.0 and weld-spi 1.0.

Not sure why this matters, but I'm having to manually define the dependencies in my build script :(
