[wildfly-dev] JAXB APIs and Wildfly

JAXB was also in SE6, but the problem in the past was that every JDK had their own version, and many of them were stale. So it was hard to guarantee that the web services capabilities were compatible on every VM. I think we still have to ship our own version.
