[wildfly-dev] Jigsaw early-access builds updated (JDK 9 build 40)

Hey Rory,

I setup CI job to run with jdk9 b40. you can see it here
http://teamcity.cafe-babe.org/viewType.html?buildTypeId=WildFly_WildflyCore_Build
(login as guest to access it)

it runs from my jdk9 branch https://github.com/ctomc/wildfly-core/tree/jdk9
that has two commits to get rid of PremGen in build / testsuite and some
small changes around our direct jconsole.jar usages.
i will set similar thing for wildfly "full" repository, as currently it
doesn't even build becouse of PremGen params we use for building / testing
code.
