[wildfly-dev] Proposal to read boot errors via WildFly Management APIs

You can read the error messages with the read-log-file operation.  Does 
that not meet the requirements?

/subsystem=logging/:read-log-file(name=server.log,lines=500,skip=0,tail=false)
