[wildfly-dev] Rename HAL.next codebase

Hi, 

as part of the transition from the current console to HAL.next, I renamed its GitHub repository today:

https://github.com/hal/hal.next <https://github.com/hal/hal.next> --> https://github.com/hal/console <https://github.com/hal/console>

This is now the official codebase for the management console. I adjusted CI jobs, documentation, links and other references. If you come across broken links or find anything else that doesn't work anymore, please let me know.
