Pay attention to this please. 

Collecting data from users / devices is a very serious matter.

Maybe it should exist a setup where the user decides what he / she allows to share.

Because the one that reads the stats is the one that:
- hosts the mobile app 
- has access to all the registered devices 
(meaning the metadata, captured in Installation.java entity) 
- also sends the message
