Hi,

Openshift 3.9 is out ([1]) - not sure we immediately want to update, however this time it's a bit more work involved than w/ the past version updates between 3.6.x and 3.7.x

Patching the version to 3.9.0, gives this status:

In the Browser I am getting:

missing service (service "webconsole" not found)
missing route (service "webconsole" not found)

I've not really done much, but was thinking to give the update a quick shot :-) 

Looks like this might need an EPIC and some JIRAs attached to it.
