I agree, 1.0 means we think it is ready but we know we have a couple of more iterations and a couple of more months to get to a 1.0

Right good point let’s make it version 1.0,

let's wait a bit for the 1.0.0 ... but let's make it close to 1.0 (e.g. 0.8 or something like that)

I would also like to propose to something that Sebastien also said to leave the master branch on a snapshot version so that we know what people have installed and that we can add bug fixes strait to master and continue development on branches. And the build will need to create the binary for iOS and android as well so that the latest version of these dependencies are always included

+1 on a release

how about increasing the version number to something more major? e.g. 0.4.0 ? I don't feel that 0.0.x is the right versioning for the plugin

+1 since we are also changing the api (onNotification passed as function and not as string anymore). And speaking about versions, we are pretty close to feature complete plugin. Do we have any roadmap ? (Yes :) I have 1.0 in mind )

Hi,

I would like to release another version of the cordova push plugin (next week thursday), the major feature will be the new simplified API that is already on the master branch and there have already been successful builds. Releasing it will update the version to 0.0.4 and make it available on the registry, it would also provide a test for the gradle release script.

Cheers,
