We are going to release a new version of the cordova push plugin the new version 0.7.0 most important features are the ‘content-availble’ support for iOS and the iOS 8 support here the release notes:

Bug

• [AGCORDOVA-22] - android binaries installed for other platforms

Feature Request

• [AGCORDOVA-23] - Support content title with gcm notifications on android
• [AGCORDOVA-25] - iOS8 support for push registration

I’ve created a branch 0.7.0-release [1] for your testing pleasure. If we don’t find issues we’ll perform the actual release on friday.
