as discussed below, we need a new parent release to get the latest of APNs into master.

I have executed the release procedure and staged the pom files at:
https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/jboss_releases_staging_profile-4932/

please give it a shot, otherwise I will release it late Thursday, so that we can update it shortly afterwards.
