Hello Keith,

A few questions:
* did the unregister from your app remove the installation from the variant ? (Should be visible on the AdminUI)
* is that "only" Cordova-Android? Or Cordova-iOS as well?
* did you notice the duplicate message being sent on "native" Android, or just Cordova?

recreated the variant to prevent duplicate messages from being sent.  I have
had to do similar things from my Samsung Tab3 but not nearly as often.
