ad) frontend-maven-plugin integration

Viliam gave liveoak's console one more try and successfully integrated the maven/grunt build with frontend-maven-plugin.

He reports it works just fine on OSX and Linux machines.

Exactly. Recently, I've noticed that UI has been merged to UPS repository, so
this would not be an issue any more. Two masters no more.

KC has Angular as a part of regular Maven module:

The problem here I'm presuming is a need to produce jar
of admin-ui, which means bringing Ant/Maven/Gradle/Grunt task
(maybe grunt-sync-jar) into current UI build.
