yes, on the config file, go this line:
https://github.com/aerogear/openshift-origin-cartridge-aerogear-push/blob/master/versions/1.1.3/standalone/configuration/standalone.xml#L31

and after the above line, add the following:
<system-properties>
   <property name="aerogear.metrics.storage.days" value="YOUR_DESIRED_DAYS"/>
</system-properties>
