After some more investigation we found the error, it’s been fixed on the master branch could you try it out with our latest master?

You can use the master with the following commands:

cordova plugin rm org.jboss.aerogear.cordova.push
cordova plugin add https://github.com/aerogear/aerogear-pushplugin-cordova
