At least for the HTTP/REST bits :-)sure, for other items, e.g. security, OTP, etc, we might sill want to have something else; but generally using that httpbin server for REST/HTTP sounds interesting for me.-MOn Tue, Oct 1, 2013 at 12:12 PM, Matthias Wessendorf <matzew@apache.org> wrote:
awesome find!It looks like it covers all (or almost all?) of what our different platforms (Android, iOS and JavaScript) need and support. I think it's good if our integration tests for all our platforms could be using that 'service', instead of writing some sort of 'test server', which need to be maintained etc.-Matthias--On Tue, Oct 1, 2013 at 12:02 PM, Christos Vasilakis <cvasilak@gmail.com> wrote:
Hi
doing some work on multipart on iOS I came across 'http://httpbin.org', that supports testing of various HTTP methods (including timeouts, basic/digest, uploads etc). I think it can be handy when writing our integration tests.
Specifically, it is used by our underlying iOS networking AF lib on their integration tests, so I guess it's must be pretty stable.
Wdyt?
Thanks,
Christos
