today, on the IRC channel we chatted about the idea to create a newsstand app (for iOS), which contains the AeroGear documentation. A newsstand app is sort of a newspaper/magazine, optimized for browsing on an iOS device.

It could contain not only our documentation, but also 'blog posts', tutorials etc - pretty much content from our website.

The app would go in the real Apple App Store, since it is not a demo - it's a real app.

In combination w/ UnifiedPush Server, the APNs could be used to ping users of the app that new content is available.

The application itself would be a nice 'show-case' of the AeroGear-iOS library as well.

Not sure about the priority of this atm, but just wondering about the idea itself.

Any thoughts?
