AeroGear Push / AGPUSH-564 Define the database commands needed to migrate data from old to new Change By: Matthias Wessendorf In order to be able to upgrade from  0.10.x  older  versions  of SimplePush and UnifiedPush  ofUnifiedPush  to  0.11.0  newer  versions, MySQL /PostgreSQL  commands that take care of schema changes need to be defined in order to migrate data properly. It might be good to define the commands that will be needed as schema changes are being made.
