Conflicts can happen. It's usually in the systems that could reassign some tasks to people, but in most of the cases application logic supports that. I think that for this particular issue I have checked technical means for populating conflicts back to the SDK and ways to check if table was edited before (comparing last edit date). To increase chance of success I will provide document and share it with wider audience to collect more feedback and see where we should go.
