According to this card: https://trello.com/c/tnoYEHyE/26-8-as-an-android-mobile-developer-i-want-to-capture-metrics-on-device-self-defence-checks-so-that-i-know-when-a-check-has-failed, it is expected that the the checks are available as part of the IDM/auth module.

Let's do that for now, but keep the code in a separate package so that it can be easily moved to its own module if required in the future.
