Matthias Wessendorf of course I tested it with IOS7 as stated in this issues title. Don't know why it doesn't work for you, as burr and I do see notifications burrs problems is that his javascript callback wasn't called.
BTW it can't be an issue with the application, because when the application is in the background the os will handle the receiving and displaying the notification.
