Create a repo under the aerogear project on github for the Mobile Security service. https://github.com/aerogear.

This task needs to generate the initial react/redux, maybe patternfly code. Please check with the existing mobile services team to see if they have used something for this already.

repo should be called mobile-security-service-ui cc david ffrench
